I felt compelled to share this because, so often, people have offered me their methods for handling challenges—ways that stemmed from their own experiences but never truly resonated with me. I’ve always disagreed with the idea of boxing up our emotions and hiding them away, only for them to linger and simmer beneath the surface. Recently, I came across this item again, something that was given to me over 10 years ago. The beautiful irony lies in the fact that this “sorrow box” appears to have been wept over.

In today’s world, we often cling to burdens—whether they’re things we believe about ourselves or judgments we’ve absorbed from others. These weigh us down and block us from moving forward. So today, I share this with the hope that it might make a difference in someone else’s life. Remember, God doesn’t hold onto sorrow; He fills our lives with joy.

We are not meant to cling to things but to let them go. Release them and allow them to drift away, like leaves carried by a flowing river.

As I wrote this, I envisioned a hand gently lifting me, my inner child laughing and standing joyfully as my arms stretched outward. This imagery often inspires me during my Tai Chi practice. When my hands face upward, I feel a deep connection to the divine; when they face downward, I sense a grounding connection to the Earth's core. Energy flows effortlessly through me, and I am filled with vivid visions of nature—oceans, deer, birds soaring, rushing rivers, and towering trees—all harmonizing in perfect balance.

Working with Energies

Here’s an important tip for anyone working with or sensitive to energy: When you’re in a room full of people or engaging as a healer, it’s natural to share your healing energy with others. However, the true goal should be to empower others to tap into their own innate ability to heal. We all have this potential, though it’s often buried beneath layers we’ve built over time. Instead of allowing yourself to be continuously drained—leaving your body exhausted or your emotions entangled in their struggles—focus on guiding them to discover and nurture their own healing paths.

It’s easy to get caught up in drama, gossip, and distractions, losing touch with our own mindfulness. However, these moments can also reveal vulnerabilities or energy imbalances within our aura. I learned this valuable lesson from an exceptional angel worker who authored an incredible book on the subject. It helped me realize that while some techniques can feel complicated or time-consuming, practices like cord-cutting and energy cleansing are essential and should be part of our regular routines.

Today, I had a strong sense that someone might be upset with me. When I felt an incoming psychic connection, my first thought was, "Not this time." Unless they were willing to view the situation from a broader perspective, rather than constantly placing blame on me, I wasn’t ready to engage. Seeking clarity, I turned to the angels for guidance and immediately felt the other person’s frustration. Trusting my intuition, I decided to let the angels manage the situation and redirect the energy back to them. I quickly recognized the issue and who was involved, but I’ve had enough of the triangulation and manipulation. This time, I chose to step back, allowing them to face their life lesson on their own. By doing so, I maintained my psychic shield, which I protect to ensure it only allows love and harmony to flow.
